# ByteDance2TextToVideoNode - ComfyUI Built-in Node Documentation
> This node generates a video from a text prompt using ByteDance's Seedance 2.5 or 2.0 models.
This node generates a video from a text prompt using ByteDance's Seedance 2.5 or 2.0 models. It sends the prompt to the selected model, waits for the video to finish processing, and returns the resulting video file. Selecting the `Seedance 2.5 Draft` model renders a fast 480p preview instead; connect the resulting `draft_task_id` to the ByteDance Seedance 2.5 Draft to Final Video node to render the 1080p final.

Resolution and duration limits depend on the selected model: Seedance 2.5 supports 480p/720p/1080p and 4 to 30 seconds, Seedance 2.0 supports 480p/720p/1080p/4k and 4 to 15 seconds, and Seedance 2.0 Fast and Seedance 2.0 Mini support only 480p/720p and 4 to 15 seconds; Seedance 2.5 Draft supports 480p only and 4 to 30 seconds. Every run returns its task ID as `draft_task_id`, but only a `Seedance 2.5 Draft` run's ID can be rendered by the ByteDance Seedance 2.5 Draft to Final Video node, so with any other model the output must be left unconnected, otherwise the run fails. The `seed` value only controls whether the node re-runs; it does not make results deterministic.
